Request account deletion

Use this form to ask us to delete your Skill Bloom account, or just the activity data we hold, for the app published by Skill Bloom Limited. You do not need to be signed in.

If you are signed in you can delete your account yourself, straight away, from Settings, then Profile. This form is here for anyone who cannot sign in.

What gets deleted

When we action a full account deletion we permanently remove:

  • Your account, including your name, email address and password
  • Every child profile on the account, with their conditions, challenges, interests, goals and calm kit
  • All daily check-ins, scenarios played and choices made
  • All progress: points, streaks, badges and level history
  • All generated scenarios, images, narration and daily wrap-ups
  • Your parent notes and any messages between you and our team

What we keep, and for how long

  • Encrypted backups and server logs. Copies can persist for up to 30 days after deletion, then they are overwritten.
  • Billing records. We keep these for as long as UK tax law requires, currently six years. They hold payment and invoice details, not your child’s profile or activity.
  • This request. We keep a record that you asked, so we can show we acted on it.

How long it takes

We confirm your request by email within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. Because anyone can submit this form, we check that you own the email address before deleting anything. Nothing is deleted the moment you press send.
