How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives your child their first 2 personalised scenarios at no cost and with no time limit. After those 2 scenarios you can choose Basic, Classic or Premium to continue.
How am I billed?
All plans are billed monthly. Cancel any time.
Does each child need their own subscription?
Yes. Each child requires their own subscription. Prices shown are per child per month.
Can I manage more than one child?
Yes. Parents can manage all their children from one dashboard, regardless of which plan each child is on.
Are scenarios shared between children or accounts?
No. Scenarios are generated specifically for each child and are not reused across accounts.
Who reviews the content?
All content is reviewed by a qualified occupational therapist.
Which accessibility features are included?
Accessibility features include dyslexia friendly fonts, brightness control and speed control, available on all plans.
How many scenarios can my child do each day?
Every child on any plan can complete 2 scenarios per day. After 2 scenarios the app celebrates what your child has learned and encourages them to try the skills in real life before their next session.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What devices does Skill Bloom work on?
Skill Bloom works in any web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are coming soon, and each child’s subscription will work on every device.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell personal information, and we share it only with the service providers needed to run Skill Bloom, as set out in our privacy policy. We comply with UK GDPR and the ICO’s Children’s Code, and parents can delete their data at any time.
